Pedal Boats Our sturdily built pedalo Pedal Boats seat 4 people offering trouble-free usage and great fun for the whole family. Pack a picnic and spend quality time exploring the waterways of County Cavan…keep an eye on the shoreline for herons and watch as they fish in the shallows. Onboard your pedal boat you’ll find four forward facing seats, each fitted with a drain plug to help you stay dry. All you have to do is pick your pedalo route, motivate the legs, and most important of all…have fun! Hydro Bikes Carafin Activity Park is the only place to offer a hydro-biking experience in the republic of Ireland. The hyydro-bikes are 100% pedal powered so you’ll give your legs a great water-workout. With zero impact on the environment, these non-polluting, easy to ride, lightweight, safe and stable hydro bikes keep you afloat with ease. The hydro bikes are very reliable, low maintenance, and offer a trouble-free operation. They provide fantastic family enjoyment while you explore the surrounding areas of Carafin Lake. Laser Clay Ready, aim, shoot! Test your skills against your friends and compete to see who has the best aim. If friendly and competitive shooting isn’t your thing, you can set your sights and practice your target shooting. Up to five people can shoot at the same targets which are launched from various positions at differing speeds and angles. There are also several settings on site, each requiring a different skillset.The shotguns fire an infrared beam at the reflective and reusable clays. Once you aim and fire the infrared beam from your shotgun, there will be a realistic shotgun sound, letting you know that the trigger has been pulled. If you hit a clay, you will hear a realistic sound of a breaking clay and your points will appear on the scoreboard. …and there’s more! On site we also offer Sightseeing Boat Tours. Cavan’s waterways are undeniably picturesque, with scenic woodland and undulating farmland surrounding the lake, no two days are the same as the flora and fauna change by the minute.
