What is a Cancellation Policy?
In short – a cancellation policy determines whether or not the guest, or person who has paid for the accommodation; receives a full or partial refund in the event that they need to cancel their booking via our website at www.glampinginireland.com.
There are usually 3 options available to the guest once they have reserved the accommodation:
1: Why Do We Have a Cancellation Policy?
In short – a cancellation policy gives the accommodation provider protection, by holding the person who reserved the accommodation accountable in the event they need to cancel the booking for whatever reason.
Sometimes cancelling is inevitable, and many accommodation providers understand this, but they need to protect their bookings, it is a business. By being transparent and making you aware of the cancellation policy that the accommodation provider has in place, it gives you the choice of deciding for or against booking with the individual accommodation provider.
2: Who Do I Contact If I Need To Cancel My Booking?
In short – the accommodation provider with whom you have the accommodation reserved.
Glamping in Ireland is a Booking Agent acting on behalf of the Customer (You). Any booking made by the Customer (You), whether through Glamping in Ireland or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by the Customer (You) to purchase the services offered by Accommodation Providers.
