Hello We're John and Amy the married couple behind Wild Hideaways 🍃 • We've been together 28 years, married 24 • We're Mum and Dad to two beautiful children who are now adults, Gran and Gramps to two beautiful grandchildren and pooch parents to our rescue dog Aussie 🐕 • We met in the UK in 1995, moved to Australia for 17 years then moved here to John's hometown Bantry in West Cork Ireland 9 years ago • We both LOVE to travel 🌍 We started our journey towards creating Wild Hideaways in 2020 during the first month of the pandemic, when we realised just astoundingly beautful our surroundings are. We wanted to share the magic of where we live. Neither of us have a background in hospitality, we just wanted to create amazing spaces that we would like to stay in ourselves and to share this wonderful area with you all.
