In short – a cancellation policy determines whether or not the guest, or person who has paid for the accommodation; receives a full or partial refund in the event that they need to cancel their booking directly with the accommodation provider.

Glamping in Ireland is a Directory. Any booking made by the Customer (You) through a link on Glamping in Ireland or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by the Customer (You) to purchase the services offered by Accommodation Providers.

Glamping in Ireland only facilitates this arrangement between the Customer (You), and the Accommodation Provider. Glamping in Ireland receives no commission for this arrangement.

As a directory, Glamping in Ireland cannot, and will not; be held responsible for the actions of the customer (you), or accommodation provider, or any consequences resulting there from. Any cancellations must be directed to the Accommodation Provider. 

2: Can I Cancel My Listing With Glamping in Ireland?

In short – cancelling your Listing with Glamping in Ireland.

Glamping in Ireland is a directory for Glampsite Owners, Activity Providers and Supplier Partners, this service requires an annual fee, payable in advance, and automatically signs you up to a yearly subscription service. If you no longer wish to list your accommodation, activity or products as a Glampsite Owner, Activity Provider or Supplier Partner, you may cancel at any time by giving 7 days notice by letter or by email to [email protected]. If your listing is cancelled within the first 7 days of taking out a yearly subscription, a full refund will be applied. `if your listing is over 7 days of taking out a yearly subscription, a pro-rata refund will be given minus a 12% fee (of your total current subscription cost) to cover our admin charges and any fees that we may incur from our payment processing agent, Stripe.

As a yearly subscription, Glamping in Ireland will send you an email at least 7 days before your renewal is due notifying you of our intent to take your yearly subscription payment. We politely suggest that you add [email protected] to your list of Safe Senders to avoid any such emails being directed to your spam/junk folder.
