COVID-19 Guarantee

Glamping in Ireland recognises the importance of flexibility when it comes to your glampsite listing. During 2020 and 2021, Covid-19 wreaked havoc with the travel industry, especially with small businesses. Thankfully, the travel industry is now beginning to recover and once again, glampsites are welcoming back customers.

Whilst Glamping in Ireland cannot guarantee that there won’t be further enforced lockdowns due to Covid-19, we can guarantee that we are here for you and for your glampsite, and that will we do everything in our power to support your business in the event of closure through Covid-19; with our Covid-19 Guarantee.

If Government guidelines place a closure on your glampsite due to Covid-19, our Covid-19 Guarantee will ensure that you will receive a partial reimbursement of your annual listing fee. The following terms apply.

• Your glampsite must be closed for 21 consecutive days or more in any given calendar month.
• Should this closure occur, Glamping in Ireland will apply a full calendar month refund.
• Maximum Covid-19 refund in a calendar year is 3 calendar months (90 days).
