How will Glamping in Ireland know what dates I have free and available?
For the best ‘end user’ experience, it is important for users to check real-time availability of your glampsite accommodation. With that in mind, we request that you import your existing booking calendar feed(s) – Glamping in Ireland will work with you to integrate this into our platform to ensure the calendar is accurate. When users are ready to book your glampsite accommodation, they will be sent directly to your chosen booking platform (own website, airbnb, booking.com or other) to complete the booking.

Do I have to pay any other fees other than listing fees?
Glampsite Owners: – no, you will pay nothing other than your annual listing fee.

Activity Providers:  – no, you will pay nothing other than your annual listing fee.

How will I upload my glampsite or activity information, and any media images?
Glampsite Owners: – once you have ’Registered Your Interest’ to list your glampsite accommodation, we will provide you with a username and password to access the dashboard where you will be able to upload images, add a description, provide url’s, add contact details etc.

Activity Providers: – once you have listed (paid) your activity, we will provide you with a username and password to access the dashboard where you will be able to upload images, add a description, provide url’s, add contact details etc.

Can I cancel my listing at anytime?
Glampsite Ownersyes, if for any reason whatsoever you want to remove your accommodation listing, please Get in Touch. A pro-rata refund will be calculated and refunded. Please note that there is a £10 administration fee should you wish to cancel your listing.

How do I pay for my listing?
Glampsite Ownersyour annual listing fee is paid for in advance, we can accept debit / credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time; we cannot accept cash, cheques, bank transfers or any other payment methods not mentioned.

Why are listing prices in Euro?
Glamping in Ireland Ltd is registered in Northern Ireland (NI682147), as the majority of our Glampsite Owners and users are based in Ireland, pricing is shown in the currency of Ireland which is euros. If your glampsite accommodation is in Northern Ireland we suggest that you use a currency conversion rate to set your pricing of £1.00 = €1.20 (this is only a guide, users will be booking directly with your chosen booking platform).

Our glampsite offers ‘paid’ extras, can customers book these extras via our listing?
As the booking is direct with you, all extras would be booked via your chosen booking platform. You can list your available extras within the description on your listing.

Can customers contact us via Glamping in Ireland?

Yes. There is a message facility, and you will receive notification to your email as well as being visible in the Dashboard, of any messages sent to you.

What is the billing period?
Billing period is 12 monthly and renewal is automatic.
