Connemara Glamping provides a luxury safari tent experience set between the mountains and the sea. Our glampsite in County Galway lies along the Wild Atlantic Way, surrounded by rugged landscapes and breathtaking scenery. It’s an ideal retreat for those who love the outdoors but don’t want to compromise on comfort. Each spacious safari tent accommodates up to six people, offering a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Designed for complete comfort, An Dreoilín – The Wren, features a king-size bed, hotel-quality linens. Furthermore, electric blankets provide warmth and comfort for cosy nights. A luxury en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower adds convenience to your stay. For extra indulgence, An Cuach – The Cuckoo, and An Spideog – The Robin, also include private wood-fired outdoor baths. A covered verandah offers a peaceful space to unwind while enjoying panoramic views of Galway’s striking landscapes. Or step outside, look up and enjoy the night sky as it twinkles with a billion stars. Connemara Glamping is a family-friendly glamping site that combines privacy with easy access to local attractions. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a sandy beach is just a short stroll away from site. The glampsite welcomes guests from April 25 to September 25, with a minimum stay of three nights. There is an age restriction for the safari tents, and only children aged eight and over are allowed to stay in our safari tents. Galway City, known for its vibrant and energetic atmosphere, is within easy reach. Visitors can explore its lively streets, enjoy traditional Irish music in local pubs, and experience the region’s rich culture. A short drive into Connemara reveals even more dramatic scenery, making it an ideal base for nature lovers. There’s no shortage of activities nearby. Discover Kylemore Abbey, then stop for a scenic lunch at the Misunderstood Heron food truck. Take a ferry or flight to the Aran Islands.
