Lismore Pods is a community-led tourism initiative developed by Lismore Town Association CLG as part of the regeneration of the former Bank of Ireland site in the heart of the historic heritage town of Lismore, Co. Waterford. Our vision is to create high-quality, sustainable visitor accommodation that encourages guests to experience everything Lismore and the wider Blackwater Valley have to offer, while supporting local businesses, attractions, cafés, restaurants and festivals. The project has been driven by a dedicated group of volunteers who recognised the need for additional visitor accommodation in the town and the opportunity to breathe new life into a landmark site. Lismore Pods represents the first phase of a wider tourism and regeneration project. Our future plans include the continued development of the site as a welcoming visitor destination that celebrates the town's rich heritage, culture, outdoor activities and vibrant community spirit.
