I live on a family dairy farm in Co Cavan. We milk about 100cows and have a BnB less than a mile from the shores of lough Sheelin. Professionally my career has been in engineering, where I managed Civils projects across Scotland and Real estate developments in San Franciso. Living the dream. I enjoy spending my winters working in the Alps, along with travelling the globe when possible.
