This cosy and charming Log Cabin, which is located in County Cork, Ireland; sits in a quiet corner of the campsite next to the main lodge building. Within the log cabin there is a comfortable double bed, a bunk bed, double wardrobe, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player, there is also a 2-seater sofa and side table. Tea and coffee making facilities are available as well as a refrigerator. On nights when the temperature is a little chilly, switch on the electric heater and warm your toes. A south facing porch allows guests to sit out on a lounger and enjoy the sunnier days, and there is a grassed area with a picnic bench which affords guests the opportunity for al-fresco dining. The log cabin shares all of the main amenities of the Main Lodge, which has a fully equipped kitchen, toilets and showers. If guests wish to venture further afield, the site is within easy reach of numerous towns, villages, art galleries, restaurants, pubs and shops. Pegs mini mart is only 100 meters from the site where you can buy local and home baked produce. For those who enjoy walking and cycling, there are plenty of tracks and trails to explore. And for the sporty guests, nearby activities include: golf courses, riding stables, sailing, kayaking and excellent shore fishing. Dogs are not permitted inside the log cabin!
